Join Poetica Head Chef Rhys Allen and Archie Rose Master Distiller Dave Withers for an immersive four-course dinner, each dish paired with a signature Archie Rose whisky. The evening will hero dry-aged beef infused with Archie Rose Single Malt Whisky, flame-grilled over reclaimed whisky staves.
