Leave the Christmas cooking, shopping and washing up to us. This Christmas Day, gather around the grill at Poetica, North Sydney’s bar and grill, for a festive feast by the fire.

Head Chef Kris Brown and the team have prepared a $145pp set menu built for celebrating, with dishes including glazed ham with barbecue pineapple, scampi tartare with smoked crème fraîche and yuzu, yellowfin tuna with blistered tomato, basil and consommé, followed by MB5+ Scotch fillet with brown butter hollandaise, rainbow trout with salsa verde and wood-fired potatoes. Finish with a chocolate & cherry Knickerbocker Glory
