We are opening our doors on Sunday 12th of May, for lunch and dinner, serving our full a la carte menu, alongside some menu specials designed especially for mum. 

Our a la carte menu is on full display, from the house favourite our “Flambadou” oysters with nduja & guindillas, to our rotating range of dry-aged meats and seafoods, seasonal salads, & wood-grilled southern calamari with shiso and parsley. 

Head Chef Connor Hartley-Simpson has created a Half Murray cod dish served with fermented cabbage &  grilled butter hollandaise. While Bar Manager Kieran Lee, has created the ‘Jarvis Fizz’ made with Poor toms Strawberry Gin, Orgeat, Davidson plum liqueur and topped with native tea soda.
