Melbourne Cup Day calls for a long lunch, a few good drinks and a reason to dress up. Join us at The Charles for live race coverage on screen, a set menu and a spritz or beer on arrival. Dress to impress for your chance to win a $100 Etymon voucher.
Expect beef tartare with smoked eel & wasabi, kingfish with smoked cream & yuzu, followed by MB3+ flat iron steak with chimichurri or rainbow trout with smoked beurre blanc. Finish with chocolate cake and Chantilly cream.
