Poetica X Westholme Supper Club 


Wednesday 15th November, 6:30pm 

You are invited to Poetica’s installation of the Westholme supper Club, a tasting event featuring Westholme’s signature Wagyu 

Poetica has partnered with Westholme to bring you the one-off Wagyu dinner, using their premium cuts of Wagyu that are cooked perfectly over the hearth of our Josper grill.  

Head chef Connor Hartley-Simpson and his talented team will plate up 3 dishes of the very best cuts of wagyu, including Raw beef with oyster and sour onions, Woodfired Brisket as well as Cote de Boeuf. These dishes will be plated up alongside a selection of fresh organic dishes including broad bean salad with ricotta and pickled lemon and Radicchio with crispy onions & gouda to balance the flavours across your meal.  

This dinner event will be enjoyed by those who love good food & unique experiences.  

This menu is $120pp and includes both individual and shared wagyu dishes to highlight the deep, complex flavour of Australia Wagyu.
